Places Where Beethoven Suspends Time (Oboe in Symphony 5)

There's that moment in the first movement of Beethoven's 5th in the recap when the oboe suddenly plays a haunting phrase like it's suspended in time. Are there other pieces Beethoven has composed where there's a large build up into a sudden solitary voice that goes into an extreme rubato as the other voices remain silent? Perhaps in his late piano sonatas, perhaps as a isolated tension leading into the recap or coda?https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ https://happymod.site/

Maybe the transitions between the slow movements and finales of his Violin Concerto and the Emperor Concerto?
