About Mrs. Brown's Boys

I don't know if anyone knows this but quite a few of their episodes are filmed in theatres on the road. I was in Toronto, Canada 2 years ago and bought tickets to see what I thought was a theatre/play performance of Mrs. Brown's Boys, in a theatre, and found out at the end that they filmed it as an episode of the show.
I thought you guys might be interested in the fact that those episodes are filmed on the road in theatres. Just a tidbit .

It's obviously filmed in a theatre. You can see it when they show the audience at the end.
Not that I watch it much because IT'S RUBBISH

No guy, it's not OBVIOUSLY filmed in a theatre. When you watch the show it's OBVIOUSLY filmed in a studio with roll away rows of seating.
You need to get out more. A THEATER looks a lot different than STUDIO seating guy.

I believe all the TV shows are filmed at the BBC Studios in Scotland. Is it possible that the recording you attended was for a DVD, rather than the regular broadcast series?

Ah! I see! Thanks for the info! :-)
