Title of short film from HBO's '70s "Short Take" series (interstitials)

Trying to find the title and/or video link to a short film that was part of HBO's '70s "Short Takes" series - interstitials used in between programs - it's set in an all-girls boarding school classroom with a dorky thin male instructor who goes thru a series of humiliations and surreal sight gags - the one I completely remember is the girls encircle him - SHRINK him to a doll size and one of the girls picks him up by his head and taunting him while the others are laughing and gawking at him and she puts him in a fish tank.
