Maybe it was a Twilight Zone episode... I am not sure. But as I remember it was a short movie... Anyway. There were 2 little children at the beach. One boy and a girl. They were building a sand castle. When half of it been build, little girl go for a swim. But never returns. Years passes. Our little boy is a man now. He pays a visit to the same beach. He remembers that day and starts to rebuild the castle again. After he finish, little girls body retuns without any decay.
So... What was the name of this short movie?
