I'd love some thoughts on my short film!

I post on another board under another account and many users have praised my work, but I was hoping to get some thoughts from film buffs who I'm not yet familiar with.

Honest opinion coming up:

I liked the technical aspects of the film (music, camerawork, directing etc.) as well as some of the transitions ("What time is it?") but the acting left something to be desired!

Also I wanted to punch the "photographer" in the face. Why did he use flash when taking pictures of open areas (by the water) and large rooms (lunch)?

The story is nothing new and its execution wasn't all that different from what I've seen before.

All in all it was a decent short but I did feel like I was watching something made for a school project.
