I'm thinking new faces to the whole series.

Moon Knight

Capcom-
Regina (Dino Crisis 2)
Leon S. Kennedy (Resident Evil 4)
Vanessa Z. Schneider (PN03)
Edward Falcon (Power Stone)
Lord Raptor (Darkstalkers)

I'm way behind on this stuff, but I would add more obscure characters into the mix so they can really stand out for a change. Probably Rolento or Adon from Street Fighter Alpha and maybe The original Nick Fury or Mr. Sinister from the X-Men
