As a liberated male ally of the feminists, I will support the new female-centric Star Wars being made by Leslye Headland!

This will certainly redeem Star Wars for many of us feminists (or male feminist allies such as myself) who didn't think that the sequel trilogy was female-centric enough. In spite of that, the male chauvinist Trump supporting incel trolls hated Rey and kept calling her a Mary Sue. But the problem is that Rey wasn’t made to be powerful enough, as far as I’m concerned.

It’s very clear that men are the cause of most of the problems in this world and that only women can fix them. As a liberated male, I am proud to call myself an ally of the feminists and I take great joy whenever a man is replaced by a woman or person of colour in the media, entertainment, university or job. That’s because diversity being our strength is the hallmark of our society. And affirmative action is the LAW. Don’t you believe in law and order, non-progressive men??

What would have made the sequel trilogy even better in my opinion is if Rey had kicked that misogynist Han Solo in between the legs to symbolize women as being the stronger sex. Having that old pathetic male Han Solo writhing on the floor as Rey stood triumphantly over him would have been great symbolism on how men deserve to be cast aside and replaced. Have you not seen how Han treated GENERAL Leia through the entire series? He, and all men like him deserve that fate.

Because Star Wars has always been about diversity and inclusion. If you don’t like Rey, Rose, Admiral Holdo, Kathleen Kennedy or don’t believe that the Force is Female, then you are not a true Star Wars fan. I rest my case.

And so, to Kathleen Kennedy and Leslye Headland, I salute and support you. Bob Iger can go fly a kite as far as I'm concerned!

What really needs to be done is that Luke Skywalker must be digitally removed from the entire Star Wars Universe and replaced by Rey. THAT is the only way that the Star Wars ship can be righted!

A great sentiment but Rey already bested Luke in a lightsaber duel on Ach-To, thus proving her female superiority over the male Jedi!

Sorry, I must interject... While I appreciate the idea of centring female bodies... This too exclusionary of our trans comrades... We must create a space for gender fluid and non-binary bodies as well... For asian bodies and black bodies as well...
