Help: can’t remember Documentary title

Hey guys, new to the boards so forgive me if this isn’t the correct way of doing things. But I need help finding the title of a film I watched in a documentary class 10 years ago in University.

I don’t have a ton to go on, what I do remember is it was workers and business men walking to work in what I think was Japan. Each shot was static and lasted for long periods of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
