I am looking for a Norwegian film with the Norwegian audio, but English subtitles

Askeladden - I Dovregubbens hall (2017) - IMDb

I can't find a copy of the film for sale on eBay or Amazon.

Amazon has the English dub only, which is terrible. Norwegian audio is not an option in the settings menu.

I can't fathom why nobody in Norway doesn't sell Norwegian exports over the internet. I do not think that there are export/import restriction inplace, are there?
