Which is your favorite Muppet?

For all of you who, like me, grew up in the 70s and, of course, with the Muppet Show (maybe THAT's why we're so crazy?!), or have just 'discovered' it now in repeats - which is your favorite of this wild bunch? Mine is Gonzo the 'Great' - the weirdest one of them all...

Kermit!:)

Good choice, as the Frog himself would say!

I'll have to go with Kermit. My kids didn't believe me that he used to be on Seasame Street. I made them watch old episodes on YouTube.

Yeah, our green friend's been around a long time - ever since I can think...!,

Animal because he was so outrageous and uncontrollable.

Statler and Waldorf, as lovable a couple of curmugeons as have ever graced a tv show, for their ascerbic and often hilarious opinions and reactions to the insanity being played out in front of them. In one episode they even did a suicidal leap off the balcony.

Yeah, Animal certainly was the second great weirdo next to Gonzo; I loved the way he hit his drums until they exploded...!
And Statler and Waldorf, grumbling just like W.C. Fields about the crazy shows - really EVERY character in that unique show had his own special, lovable features!!

Miss Piggy.

Freddy Krueger: Come here. Come here, my little piggy. I got some gingerbread for ya.

reply

Yeah, she sure was the resolute one... And that connection with Freddy Krueger's line... MEEEAN!! I wonder what she'd have answered to that...?
