(1/2 - SOLVED) Snake bite episode and pregnancy comedy with funny scene

My memory is interesting again, but I don't remember many details.

1) It is a movie or episode of a TV series (rather episode) from the 80s or 90s, probably made in USA. At the beginning, some guy dreams a nightmare in which he was bitten by a snake. He tells this dream to his wife or girlfriend, but then it turns out that it was sort of true after all. He lifts up his shirt, and there at the height of his hip, as it were, he has a snake bite mark (it was very strong).

2) It is a movie or episode of a TV series (rather episode) from 90s or 2000+. I remember only funny scene - a woman is upside down (literally standing on her head) on a bed. Her husband asks her what she's doing, and she replies that she's doing it that way so that fertilization can occur more easily. She then says: "Your little friends will find their way more easily" (she it read in a strange book). It sounded like joke from the TV series "Friends" or "The King of Queens" It could be both a movie and a TV series.

There was a similar scene in "The Big Lebowski," but it isn't.
